1. Customized Products
- All bags, T-shirts, and gift items are made to order based on client-approved designs.
- Once an order is confirmed and production begins, it is non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
- A refund is applicable only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The delivered item does not match the approved design or specification.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Our team will review the claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Process
- If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
