1. Product Customization

• All products are made to order based on client specifications.
• Final designs must be approved by the client before production begins.
• Any changes after approval may incur additional charges.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Most customized products require a minimum order quantity.
• This varies by product and will be communicated at the time of inquiry.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are subject to change based on material cost, design complexity, and quantity.
• 50% advance is required to confirm the order; balance is payable before dispatch.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cheque (subject to clearance).

4. Delivery & Timelines

• Standard delivery is 7–10 business days from design approval and advance payment.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on quantity and customization.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns.
• Refunds will only be issued if the product delivered is defective or does not match the approved design.
• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

• All logos and designs provided by the client are assumed to be authorized for reproduction.
• S A Enterprises is not liable for any copyright or trademark disputes arising from client-submitted content.

7. Privacy

• Client information will be kept confidential and used solely for business purposes.
• We do not share, sell, or rent customer details to any third party.

8. Legal

• All transactions are subject to Indian law and jurisdiction.
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in our operating city.
